  • 1 cup Plant-based milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together plant-based milk, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the cubed bread and chopped vegetables.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the bread and vegetables, making sure everything is well-coated.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the liquid is absorbed.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
