Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Vegan salmon fillets
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Place the vegan salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the teriyaki sauce.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, basting with sauce halfway through.
  5. In a small saucepan, bring the remaining sauce to a simmer. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
  6. Serve the baked salmon with the thickened sauce drizzled on top.
