Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu pressed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot carrot julienned
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • to taste Cooked rice for serving

Instructions 

  1. Press and cube the tofu.
  2. Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Marinate tofu in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
  6. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the remaining marinade and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens.
  8. Serve over cooked rice.
