Vegan Air Fryer Taquitos Recipe
Delicious and crispy vegan taquitos made in an air fryer.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans cooked and mashed
- 1 cup corn cooked
- 1 cup vegan cheese shredded
- 8 pieces corn tortillas
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed black beans, corn, vegan cheese, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Warm the corn tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet to make them pliable.
4. Place a spoonful of the filling onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
5. Place the rolled taquitos in the air fryer basket, seam side down. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
