Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine cashews, water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
  4. 4. Serve over your favorite pasta.
