Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. In a blender, combine cashews, water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
4. Serve over your favorite pasta.
