Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine black beans, oats, onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
  4. 4. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
