Ingredients 

Dough

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Almond milk warmed
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

Filling

  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm almond milk, melted coconut oil, and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Add flour to the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes, then place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  4. 4. Spread melted coconut oil over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly on top.
  5. 5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 rolls. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
