- 2 cups Coconut milk full-fat
- ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Cocoa powder
- ½ cup Roasted peanuts chopped
- ½ cup Vegan chocolate chips melted
1. Blend coconut milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container.
3. Stir in chopped peanuts and melted chocolate chips.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
5. Scoop and enjoy!
