  • 2 cups Coconut milk full-fat
  • ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  • ½ cup Roasted peanuts chopped
  • ½ cup Vegan chocolate chips melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend coconut milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  3. 3. Stir in chopped peanuts and melted chocolate chips.
  4. 4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
