Instructions
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, walnuts, and oats. Pulse until coarsely ground.
Add grated carrot, chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined.
Form mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
