Ingredients

  • 12 oz Ziti pasta
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Dairy-free cheese shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped spinach to the pot and cook until wilted.
  5. Mix in the marinara sauce and cooked ziti pasta. Stir until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded dairy-free cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
